PREP CHEF – THE JEFFERY Are you an experienced and organised kitchen professional who enjoys making sure everything is ready for a busy service? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for! The Jeffery is a pub concept created by the team behind Hooked, located at Nørrebrogade 160 in Copenhagen. It's our take on a classic British pub – think proper pub food, great drinks, sports on the screens, busy nights and plenty of personality. Our kitchen is at the heart of it all, and we're looking for a dedicated Prep Chef to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. About the role As our Prep Chef, you'll play an important part in making sure our kitchen is prepared for the day ahead. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes and ensuring that everything is organised, stocked and ready for service. You'll work closely with the rest of the kitchen team, helping maintain a high standard of quality, consistency and efficiency. What we're looking for Previous experience working in a professional kitchen. A structured and organised approach to your work. An eye for detail and a commitment to food quality and consistency. The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. A good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures. A positive attitude and a willingness to help your teammates. At The Jeffery, things can get busy, and good preparation makes all the difference.
