Job Vacancy: Nepali Cuisine Chef We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nepali Cuisine Chef to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare authentic Nepali dishes, including momos, dal bhat, curries, thukpa and traditional specialities. Ensure high standards of taste, presentation and food quality. Manage food preparation and daily kitchen operations. Maintain excellent hygiene and food-safety standards. Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste. Help develop new dishes and seasonal menus. Work closely with the kitchen and service teams. Requirements Professional experience preparing authentic Nepali cuisine. Strong knowledge of Nepali spices, ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen. Good teamwork, organisation and time-management skills.
